Order Processing

How much does shipping cost?

Orders qualify for a flat $9 shipping fee, or FREE shipping for orders above $75 in value. Rates to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.

How fast will my order ship?

On average, we ship orders within 1-2 business days from the order date.

Can my order be held to ship at a future date?

To keep fulfillment operating smoothly we're unable to hold orders or accommodate special requests.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from Pennsylvania. Transit time will, on average, be fastest for orders closest to our state.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by visiting your Account page or using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Although we try to ship orders quickly, we'll do our best to accommodate changes to address or order content. Contact us as soon as possible with your request.

What if I receive the wrong items?

If you receive incorrect items, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll make it right!

Where can I have my order shipped?

We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. We do not ship to U.S. sub-national territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam

International

Do you ship internationally?

We do not accept international orders at this time.

Can I use an international package forwarder?

We strongly discourage the use of international package forwarding since we are unable to provide service for international orders.
